First step make sure that the phone number that you declared in your booking is your cell phone !
We cannot reach you on your home phone while you are in Paris …

After landing, please make sure to turn your cell phone ON !
You will receive a text message with your driver’s name & phone number.
You can keep in touch with your driver by SMS or WhatsApp
(use Airport Free Wi-Fi if neeeded)
Meeting point will be inside the hall arrival !
Your driver will wait for you 60 minutes
(time needed for going through customs, collecting checked-in luggage, etc.)
If you haven’t met your driver by the end of the waiting time,
we suggest you to reach out ASAP your driver,
But please be advised that the additional waiting time will result in an additional charge (EUR 15.00 € per 15 minutes)
No worries if your flight is delayed, your driver monitors your flight and adjust your transfer accordingly.
If you fail to appear at the pickup location by the end of the waiting time,
Or if an “Additional Waiting Time” request has not been able to be accommodated with your driver,
The transfer will be marked as No-Show, and no amount will be refunded.
